Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any software product provided by Z3 ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any Z3 product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. License Grant

Upon successful purchase, Z3 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software for the duration specified in your subscription. This license is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to any third party.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any Z3 product.
• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key or access credentials.
• Use the software in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent any security mechanisms or anti-cheat systems in ways beyond the intended scope of the software.
• Create derivative works based on the software without express written permission from Z3.

4. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed through our third-party payment provider (MySellAuth). All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been delivered and activated. In the event of a proven technical failure on our part, we may provide a replacement key at our sole discretion.

5. Software Updates & Availability

Z3 will make reasonable efforts to keep software products functional and updated. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Updates may be delayed due to game patches, anti-cheat changes, or other external factors beyond our control. Downtime during active subscriptions may be compensated at our discretion.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that the use of third-party software in online games may violate the terms of service of those games and could result in account bans, hardware bans, or other penalties. Z3 does not assume any liability for account sanctions, losses, or damages resulting from the use of our software. You use our products entirely at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, design assets, and content available on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Z3 or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Z3 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Z3 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
